The CUANet cloud undergoes quarterly 3rd party audits to ensure we are always ahead of the curve.
Your existing IT set-up is sufficient to run CUANet. All you need is a stable internet connection. It is advised to have a UPS supported system to ensure 24x7 availability.
GTBank is our settlement bank and all external services like top-up and GhIPPS services are sourced via GTBank.
It depends on your member's usage of the service. As all external transactions will be funded by this account, it is advised to start with a minimum balance of GHC 10,000. You can reduce or increase this amount with time.
CUA has been trained and equipped to provide all trouble shooting and technical support for all participating CU’s.
All failed transactions are fully rolled back and duly reported and logged to aid reconciliation between parties.
